Terms & Conditions
Waygo arranges experiences and services in Prague. The contract for the service itself is between you and the provider, not with us. Here is what that means in practice.

1. What Waygo is
Waygo is an intermediary. We select and check local providers, show their services on waygo.cz and at the reception desks of partner hotels, and arrange the booking. The service itself — the cruise, the tour, the dinner — is delivered by the provider named on it.
That means the contract for the service is between you and that provider. Waygo is not the one performing it and does not answer for its performance as if it were; we answer for what we do — arranging the booking, the accuracy of what we say about a service, and getting your voucher to you.
2. Booking and your voucher
You book on the site: pick a service, a date, a time and the number of people, then give a name, an e-mail address and a phone number. We ask for nothing else.
Submitting the form creates a request awaiting provider acceptance. Your voucher is issued only after availability, time and meeting details are confirmed. A missing email does not cancel your request: check the private status link shown after submission or contact hello@waygo.cz.
3. Price and payment
Nothing is paid on this site and no card details are taken. You pay the price shown directly to the provider on the day, by whatever means that provider accepts.
The price shown is the total for the number of people you selected. Waygo's commission and the hotel's share are already inside it — you do not pay them on top, and nothing is added after you book.
4. Changes and cancellation
The cancellation terms are shown on each service and are set by the provider. To change or cancel, write to hello@waygo.cz with your booking reference or voucher code and we will settle it with the provider.
Because nothing is paid in advance on the site, cancelling in line with a service's own terms costs you nothing.
5. The 14-day right of withdrawal
Contracts concluded online usually give a consumer 14 days to withdraw. The law expressly excludes leisure services to be provided on a specified date — which is precisely what an experience, a tour, a cruise or a table booked for a particular evening is.
So the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to most of what Waygo offers. That does not leave you stuck: each service's own cancellation terms apply, they are usually more generous, and we will exercise them for you.
6. When something goes wrong
A complaint about the service is handled by the provider, because the provider delivered it. Write to hello@waygo.cz anyway — we know who to talk to and we act on your behalf. If a service did not happen and you had paid for it, we pursue the refund with the provider.
If a dispute cannot be settled, a consumer may refer it to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, which runs out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. The procedure is free of charge for consumers.
7. How we order what you see
The law requires us to say what determines the order of the offers in a listing. In our case, nothing that can be bought: the order is the order of the catalogue, narrowed only by the filters you set yourself — category, mood, date. We do not sell prominence and there is no paid placement on Waygo.
Neither our commission nor the hotel's share affects the order: the commission is fixed by the service's category and is the same for every service in that category, so it cannot move anything up or down. Every provider is a business. One of them is related to a shareholder of Waygo; that has no bearing on the order, because the order is not determined by who the provider is.
8. Hotels and providers
A hotel that offers Waygo to its guests receives a share of every booking made under its code. The size of that share is agreed in the hotel's contract and sits inside the band published on our partner pages.
A provider pays Waygo a commission for the referral. It is fixed by the service's category, is not individually negotiated, and cannot be edited in the system. The provider is responsible for being entitled to offer the service, for holding the permits and insurance it requires, and for the accuracy of what it tells us about it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. This does not affect the protection given to a consumer by mandatory rules of the country in which they habitually reside.
